driver caused an accident in foggy conditions

a high rate of speed and failing to obey a stop sign causing a
collision with a family of four on their way to a birthday celebration
resulting in serious injuries to all four family members.

a skilled nursing facility arising out of the death of a ventilator
dependent child. Skilled nursing facility disconnected alarm on ventilator.
Once child experienced respiratory distress alarm failed to sound resulting in
profound brain damage and ultimately death.

- Case against seller of aerial lift which malfunctioned and caused the operator to be electrocuted.
